On the hot seat

The Bigg Daddy Talks

The hot seat for India's self-made founders, the ones who grew their business 3x, 10x, even 100x, and are now moving even faster with AI.

01 · The Premise

Why this show

India doesn't lack hard work; it lacks a clear roadmap and real mentorship. Schools teach theory; the market demands execution. And AI has changed the whole game, but nobody has told business owners how to actually use it. Everyone says "use AI", and no one says where, what, and how much.

The Bigg Daddy Talks fills that gap: real founders, real numbers, a real path. From the people who have actually walked it.

I'm Manish Soni, 13+ years, 65+ brands grown. I don't teach theory. I bring the people who have actually done it into the hot seat.

02 · The Viewer

Who this show is for

Two kinds of people. Both are looking for the same thing: one clear path.

A

The Growth-Hungry Founder

Already winning and hungry for more. They've built something real, and now they want to grow faster, bigger, sooner. The fire is there; the roadmap isn't. Which lever to pull next, and in what order, to jump from 3x to 100x — nobody has laid it out. They don't want a pep talk. They want the clear, proven path.

B

The Aspiring Entrepreneur

The mindset is there; the starting line isn't. Where do I begin? What comes first? What exactly needs doing, and how? That's what keeps them stuck. Here's the push: you don't need it all figured out anymore. AI is your co-builder now. Just commit to the idea and start — you bring the vision, AI does the heavy lifting.

03 · The Guest

One Bigg Daddy in the hot seat

Every episode's hero, the biggest self-made name in their industry. No inheritance, no shortcuts. Someone who faced the struggle, made expensive mistakes, and took their business from 3x to 100x.

They sit in the hot seat, no filter. Real numbers, real mistakes, real fixes.

04 · The Spine

Same spine, every guest

Every Bigg Daddy goes through the same spine. Each question forces a specific moment, number, or failure — that's when the real story comes out, and the viewer thinks "that's exactly me." Treat these as a pool: mix and match, reorder, or swap per guest. The only act you can drop is the AI/digital one: keep it for a digital-first founder, skip it when it doesn't fit.

The Invisible Years

The person who hasn't started yet needs proof that "nobody" can become "somebody."

  • Back when no one knew you — no clients, no money, no proof — what did you tell people you did? And did you believe it yourself?
  • Your very first paying customer — walk me through that exact day. Who were they, how much did they pay, and why did they take a risk on you?
  • Tell me about the night you almost shut it all down. Not the clean version — what was actually going through your head at 2 a.m., and what stopped you by morning?
  • When you had nothing to show, no portfolio, no testimonials, how did you get a stranger to put their money on you?

The Chaos of Demand

This is the viewer's today. Make them feel the host is reading their mind.

  • Your first real sales system — was it a CRM, an Excel sheet, or just memory and a prayer? Be honest.
  • The day demand outgrew you, what broke first? Delivery, quality, cash flow, or your own health?
  • Every founder hits a revenue ceiling where "work harder" stops working. What number did you stall at? ₹50 lakh? ₹5 crore? And which belief did you have to kill to break past it?
  • You were profitable, but growth was frozen. What was the one mistake you couldn't see yourself until someone pointed it out?

The One Lever

"I'm doing a hundred things too. Just tell me which one matters."

  • You did a hundred things to grow, but 80% of the result came from one. Which one? And how long before you realised it was the one?
  • The most expensive mistake you've made — put a number on it. What did that rupee amount teach you?
  • If a competitor copied everything you do tomorrow, same ads, same team, same pricing, what is the one thing they still couldn't copy?

The lever nobody taught · optional, if digital-first

AI in the Business

Optional act: keep it only for a digital/AI-first founder, drop it otherwise. Don't just ask what they did; ask what's coming next.

  • What was the first job AI quietly took away from a person in your business, and did removing it feel like relief or guilt?
  • Give me a number: CAC, AOV, or conversion rate — which one did AI move the most, and by what percent?
  • How many hours a day does AI give back to you now, and the real question: what do you actually do with that time? Build, or scroll?
  • Many founders are frozen: they know AI matters but don't know where to start. If they could automate just one thing this month, what would you tell them to pick?

The differentiator · protect this

Future of Business & Brand

Every viewer is secretly asking: "Am I building the right thing, or am I already outdated?"

  • If you were starting today, zero brand, zero audience, would you build the same business? Or has AI killed that opportunity?
  • In your industry, what disappears in the next 3 years? Which skill, which role, which business model stops existing?
  • Everyone is chasing AI. But what is the one human thing that becomes more valuable as everything gets automated, not less?
  • Building a brand used to take 10 years. Many now believe AI builds one in 10 months. From where you sit, true, or a dangerous dream?
  • Your children, the next generation of founders — what are you telling them to learn that isn't on any syllabus yet?
  • If I gave you ₹10 lakh and said "build something that will be big in 2030, not 2026", what would you build?

Why protect this: A hundred founder podcasts ask "how did you grow?" Almost none ask "are you about to become irrelevant, and what are you doing about it?" That tension is what makes a clip travel.

05 · The Numbers

The numbers to pull from every hot seat

"Things are going great" is not an answer. Pull these business numbers from every Bigg Daddy — a real figure, not an adjective. These numbers make every episode shareable and let the viewer measure their own business against the guest's.

Cost of AcquisitionHow much it costs to bring in one new customer — tells you whether growth is profitable or just burning money.Marketing spend ÷ new customers
Average Order ValueThe average ticket size per order — raise it and the same traffic earns more.Total revenue ÷ total orders
Buying FrequencyHow many times a year a customer comes back — the real pulse of loyalty.Total invoices ÷ unique customers
Customer Lifetime ValueWhat one customer gives you over the whole relationship — this sets the ad budget.AOV × frequency × years
Profit per CustomerWhat's left after serving them — not revenue, actual profit.CLV − cost to serve
Conversion RateHow many qualified leads actually close — the sales engine's report card.Closed ÷ qualified leads
Lead Quality RatioHow many of the leads were serious? Is the targeting right, or is money being wasted?Qualified ÷ total leads
Referral ValueHow much organic business each active customer brings — the free-growth engine.Referral revenue ÷ active customers
Lost CustomersThose who haven't returned in one buying cycle — the cheapest, fastest reactivation goldmine.People inactive for 1 cycle
Signature Closing

“A founder who's just starting out, you get one line to say to them. What is it?”

The same question, every episode. It becomes the show's identity, and it's the reel for every episode.
