Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to FDS AI Studio are non-refundable and non-transferable once the project, service, consultation, strategy, design process, development work, or campaign execution has started.

Clients are requested to carefully review project details, timelines, deliverables, and service scope before making payment.

In case of delays caused by the client, lack of communication, pending approvals, or incomplete information, the project timeline may be extended accordingly without eligibility for refunds.

FDS AI Studio reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases where:

• Work has already been initiated or completed
• Initial concepts, drafts, strategies, or deliverables have been shared
• Services have been partially utilized
• Delays occur due to client-side issues
• Third-party platform limitations or policy changes affect results

We believe in maintaining transparent communication and will always make reasonable efforts to address concerns, revisions, or service-related issues professionally.
